Our lives these days are extremely busy and complicated filled with an ever increasing variety of distractions. Even when we have time to relax we tend to turn on our technological devices and are subjected to a multitude of information, and ever changing images and sounds, some of which we can find bewildering and disturbing.


We are so used to being stimulated from the outside that we find it difficult to be quiet and peaceful, and enjoy the stillness of our own mind.


Life has become so confusing and uncertain that it is not surprising if we feel in a state of constant discomfort, stress, anxiety and disillusionment. To rectify our situation we don't know what to do, where to turn, where to get help from. We feel lost, a sense of absence - of peace of mind, real happiness, direction, confidence, trust and fulfilment.


How can we find some stability within ourself to protect our mind from the challenges of these rapidly changing modern times? Discover on this course how meditation using Buddha's scientific methods gives us answers and solutions for our concerns and difficulties.
