Sometimes we can feel we are not making much progress in our meditation practice or developing control of our mind. We may have been practicing for perhaps a few months, a few years or much longer.
In this half day course, Gen Sangye will explain some essential aspects of Buddhist practice to address our concerns, and enable our practice to have power and be effective.
